United Way of Larimer County (UWLC) has a 58 year history of serving Larimer County with a mission to cultivate and mobilize community resources to change and save lives. Our strategic community goal is to reduce poverty by 50% by the year 2025. The strategy is being accomplished through a community impact model that mobilizes a broad range of community partners to work together to create community change. UWLC serves as the backbone organization supporting the collaborative partners in their work. The focus is on early childhood development and school readiness; having all youth graduate from high school prepared for post-secondary education; and have all working families thrive.

Events and Engagement Manager
This position leads the planning andexecution of both external and internal events, ensuring they reflectorganizational values, elevate community voice, and create meaningfulexperiences for diverse constituencies. Working closely withcross-functional teams—including fundraising, communications andcommunity impact—the Events and Engagement Manager ensures each event isdesigned with its intended audience in mind and aligned with thestrategic goals of each department.
