The Assistant Director of Recruiting for the EMBAA is primarily responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating recruiting strategies to promote the program among prospective students and drive enrollment. An essential component of this role is external outreach to develop partnerships with aviation organizations willing to send high-performing employees to the program.
