Walking Mountain Sciences Center

Walking Mountains Science Center is a nonprofit, place-based, educational organization reaching over 127,000 youth and adults annually. Our mission is to awaken a sense of wonder and inspire environmental stewardship and sustainability through natural science education. A key organizational objective is to ensure our mission is fulfilled by having the right people in the right positions, performing at optimal levels in all departments. This includes effective leadership, ongoing development of staff culture, empowering individuals and teams towards leadership, and ongoing performance and accountability measures.
