The WPA is at the forefront of legislative policy protecting newspaper media. We support the protection of the First Amendment and Sunshine Laws through advocacy, education and community outreach. Our mission is dedicated to the preservation, progression and professional development of its members. We offer expertise, resources, training and collaborative opportunities to extend the capacity and sustainability of newspapers in our state.
