Senior Art Director

Senior Art Directors at Mondo Robot are responsible for creating visually innovative work. They set the bar for design on everything from fully-responsive websites, mobile apps, AR/VR to DOOH and product design. They oversee multiple projects from conception to executive, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that deliverables satisfy the client’s goals and objectives. This role is a mixture of hands-on work and leadership. Senior Art Directors will inspire and mentor more junior members of the Creative Department.

Marketing Manager

Assist VP of Marketing in leading the development and execution of marketing, communication, promotions, and advertising initiatives to drive awareness of brands (corporate, healthcare, performance, higher ed), social engagement, website traffic, and lead generation. This position will be responsible for strategizing, crafting and delivering the right content to targeted audiences with emphasis on analytics and measurable ROI with assistance from marketing team. Other responsibilities include creating and implementing successful tactics for campaigns (traditional and digital) to include collateral and content generation, event production, advertising, webinars, PR, promotions, sales decks and presentations, website integration, and videos.

Marketing Manager

The marketing manager has two main goals: execute strategic marketing plans to generate new-customer leads for our business development team as well as create and implement marketing plans to encourage our current customers to engage with us more. As an E Source marketing manager, you need to keep up with changes in marketing tools and methods, and adjust plans accordingly. You also need to track all of our marketing campaigns and report on their effectiveness, trends, and performance against other metrics. You should be an energetic and creative problem solver with good analytical skills.

Development Direcytor

BMoCA is seeking a Development Director who will lead the organization through its next growth stage and provide leadership for the museum’s upcoming $26 million capital campaign for expansion. The Development Director will be responsible for managing campaign operations, developing a portfolio of prospects for principle and planned gifts, soliciting major gifts, and planning campaign events. He/she will work with the Executive Director, development staff, Board, and Campaign Steering Committee to guide their fundraising work. The Development Director will be responsible for building relationships through customized cultivation plans with the goal of generating transformational gifts that support the museum’s strategic goals, including facility and programmatic expansion.

Director of Product Marketing

The Director of Product Marketing, will work closely with the product and marketing organizations and will be responsible for managing, steering, and creating product-specific marketing content and programs. This person will have a understanding of to tune funnel efficiency from product evaluation through purchasing, onboarding, and customer success. A successful candidate will have experience and passion around packaging, positioning, messaging, launching and evangelizing VictorOps products and features.

Financial Controller

Reporting to the chief executive officer (CEO), the Controller will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. The Controller will be involved in supporting presentations to the board and will work closely with the senior leadership team.

The Controller will lead all day-to-day finance operations of a budget of $2.5 million and supervise functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration. The Controller will ensure that the organization has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct flawless audits. The Controller will work closely with program leaders and their staffs, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures but also to explore how the finance function can support program operations. In addition, she or he will partner with the CEO, senior leadership and staff to enhance and better integrate finance and HR functions.

Graphic Designer

General Overview: The graphic designer will work with the Communications department in the creation of visual concepts and aesthetic articulation for Climate Reality campaigns, promotional programs, branding efforts, social media messaging, etc. across all types of online and offline platforms.

Executive Director

The Executive Director of Reading Village serves as the chief executive officer of the organization, and reports to the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include the management of the organization and its staff in the US and Guatemala; leadership for the fund development effort of the organization; oversight of fiscal operations, including the development of budgets; implementation of board decisions regarding organizational policies and procedures, long-range planning; and direct oversight for the day-to-day operations in the US office.

You’ll be adept at designing for a variety of digital media formats including desktop, mobile, and mobile web, email, PDF, and slide decks–and you’ll spend about 70% of your time doing just that.
