The Advisor Relations Manager is expected to prospect and make cold-calls in addition to cultivating and managing established relationships throughout the state. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide effective product expertise and financial education resources when meeting individually and in group presentations. This role also requires the ability to effectively teach continuing education classes to small and large groups and administer the CE program.

The ideal candidate is well respected by financial professionals and highly accomplished in the area of servicing clients and developing meaningful relationships. 

OTHER DUTIES & Responsibilities

* Building and maintaining a sales pipeline
* Prospecting and relationship management

* Develop and deliver effective presentations

* Establish self as trusted expert in 529 college savings plans

* Budget management

* Coordinate activities with CollegeInvest partners

* Participate in community events throughout the state

* Performs other duties as assigned.


* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Previous or currently held Securities license

* Previous sales experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience with CRM software – Salesforce preferred
* Comfortable using and learning new technologies

* Positive attitude

* Self starter

* Ability to work as a team player

* Ability to work in a professional environment with a flexible schedule

* A valid Colorado driver’s license and dependable vehicle is required

* Strong prospecting skills

Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000/annually plus benefits
