As such, we are currently seeking an Account Coordinator who demonstrates the following skills and brings the following experience:


  • 1+ years’ experience in an office environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Preferred familiarity with Adobe Suite (not required)
  • Basic presentation development skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask, perform efficiently and well under tight deadlines
  • Able to manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals, and assignments as needed
  • Able to identify and solve problems independently and proactively
  • Able to collaborate and work in a team setting
  • Willing to take direction if and when needed, but also work independently
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to effectively manage relationships, both internally and externally

Job Snapshot: The Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting with task and program deliverables in accordance with project schedules and timelines, multi-tasking to complete day-to-day assignments, and maintaining the monthly budget tracker. General interest in marketing and working across key disciplines of an integrated agency such as: media, creative, website development, print publication, etc. The Account Coordinator is eager to learn and grow within the Account Services team and your innate curiosity will keep you asking “Why” and “How?” 


Essential Duties:


  • Assists Account Managers in scheduling personnel tasks and program deliverables across multiple departments to deliver products on schedule/budget
  • Coordinates day-to-day work on assigned projects, focusing on proper work allocation and resourcing for a creative team
  • Coordinates project deliverables and deadlines
  • Schedules and assists with project-related team meetings, communicates action steps to team, and summarizes status reports as needed
  • Assists Account Managers with developing and continuously improving internal procedures in order to meet account and client needs
  • Processes invoices and assists with billing
  • Assists Account Managers with hours management
  • Reviewing, finalizing, and packaging creative assets and launching integrated campaigns 
  • Analyze monthly media performance and develop reporting documents
  • Documents account details and deliverables


Location: Lakewood, CO or Remote in Colorado (partially remote/Lakewood office schedule)


Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional intra- and/or inter-state travel required, sometimes requiring an overnight stay


Salary Range:  $20.00 – $21.00
