What You'll Be Doing

  • Working with an account director as a team to manage the flow of assigned client projects through the agency
  • Adding value to our creative team by being organized and prepared
  • Adding value to our clients by thinking through projects and making them better
  • Bringing ideas to the table to help grow existing clients (no outside/new biz dev expected in this position)
  • Communicating with clients and ensuring their requests/needs are handled
  • QAing your projects so that things leave the agency error-free
  • Coordinating orders with print/promotional vendors as needed
  • Helping to plan/support client events

What We’re Looking For

  • Digital marketing awareness — you need to at least know what these things are: social media, marketing automation, web/CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, analytics, et al. (bonus points if you've worked in them or have certifications, but we will totally train)
  • Ninja-level project management skills
  • Attention to detail so good you can't help but correct restaurant menus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant field
  • Preferably some working experience in marketing through internships/clubs, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organized
  • Competency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Personable and professional

What We Offer
