Position Overview:
Boulder, Colo.-based agency seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee client activities and projects professionally and in an organized manner. You will work directly with the creative team to collaborate and manage projects, budgets, and client expectations. Key skill sets include being organized and detail-oriented, time efficient, multitasking, and coping in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Client work is within three primary areas: senior living (retirement communities), nonprofits, and governmental agencies. We work remotely, but the candidate must be based in Colorado.
Service Areas
Pivot handles many client marketing responsibilities, including:
- Web design, SEO, and management
- Brand and collateral development and design
- Digital marketing strategies
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Print and digital advertising
- Content development and copywriting
- Public relations
- Analytics
Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage client needs and expectations
- Collaborate with management, account, and creative teams to execute client tasks
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate and guide the creative team on design projects
- Organize client ad programs, print and digital
- Support and develop client social media strategy and content
- Support client content strategy
- Understand client data analytics to validate ROI
- Collaborate on PR outreach efforts
- Assists management of client KPI reports and presentations, and project coordination, timelines, and budgets
Qualifications:
- Agency experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant marketing experience
- Understanding of creative services (digital and traditional marketing)
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Strong attention to detail and self-accountability
- Knowledge of social media strategies
- Understanding of Google Analytics, earned media, owned media, and paid media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient software skills, from MS Office to project management (Trello) and email marketing (MailChimp) systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resourceful and able to meet deadlines
- Experience in senior living or nonprofit marketing is beneficial
Salary
- $65,000
