Accounting Clerk Position
Advanced Exercise is a fitness and wellness partner offering fitness facility design, exercise equipment consultation and selection, leasing, maintenance and service. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Littleton, Colorado, Advanced Exercise’s fitness design consultants are deeply rooted in the communities they serve and average over 12 years of fitness industry experience.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Commissions and profitability reconciliations
- Reconciliations of various Customer and Vendor accounts
- Credit card reconciliations
- Customer and Vendor Applications
- Reporting and data analysis
- Sales Tax assistance
- Assisting with other financial and administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years accounting experience in a busy finance department
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word
- Intermediate Excel skills essential
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Very detail-oriented, self-motivated and a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Professionalism and Leadership skills
