Adams Development/RedT Homes is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Acquisitions Department which focuses on new builds and fix and flip multi-unit projects in both Denver and Kansas City. We are a team of 14 in Denver and we have recently expanded into KC. It's an exciting time to come on-board as we continue to grow each year! We have built a friendly and supportive culture in our office that enjoys having fun while working hard to accomplish our goals.
This position will work closely with the Director of Acquisitions. We are very interested in candidates that have a knack for organization and people skills. To be successful in this position, self-motivation and detail orientation is needed, on top of having the ability to switch between tasks while maintain overall goals. This position consists of managing all the disclosure paperwork and checklist items throughout a real estate transaction. There will also be financial analysis work, financial spreadsheets are in place and we will teach you how to work within them and determine if projects are financially feasible. You will also learn Denver zoning code to be able to effectively analyze real estate deals. Some additional support includes jumping in on things things like phone interviewing general contractors, working with for sale by owner home owners, comparing pricing for trash & lawn services, working with the city for zoning questions, locating off market deals, scheduling inspections and appraisals.
**$15/hr Plus Bonus**
