Boot & Hat Manqager/Buyer/Sales
Rockmount seeks a seasoned boot or shoe, hat and accessories buyer with experience merchandising, fitting and selling footwear. This is a unique opportunity for someone wanting a long term role in a historic flagship store with an amazing following. Rockmount has been in business over 78 years in LoDo and is known for making the original snap shirt. Rockmount is the premium Western brand sold world-wide. We attract the most amazing customers from rock stars to families. It’s a fun place to work.
You are good at sales and have retail management experience. As a team player you are flexible and do whatever needs to be done given a small family business environment that creates a unique atmosphere and sales experience. You are good at creative displays and work well with the team.
Customer service is key to your day. Our primary product is shirts but we sell a full range of products for adults and kids. The job is mostly Mon – Fri 8 – 5. Salary and benefits begin at $50,000 and rise accordingly.
