We are looking for a proven Brand leader with a track record of developing passionate brands and implementing marketing strategies for fast growth, global B2B and B2C companies. Reporting directly to our Global CMO, with close collaboration with sales, product marketing, and demand generation, the Brand Director will lead our global company rebrand initiative and establish a multi-year strategic innovation plan to disrupt the fitness ecosystem.  

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing leader who helps build strong employee, customer, shareholder, and industry relationships and drives a strong return on investment.

Your daily workout

  • Drive the global brand strategy and global rollout.

  • Lead and develop a global brand marketing team with clear role definitions, KPI’s and critical workflow processes. 

  • Continuously evolve a brand that unifies and captures eGym’s value.

  • Simplify currently complex product and service solutions into an understandable and desirable offering for all customer segments. 

  • Strategy owner and advocate for the eGym brand  and architecture framework.  

  • Work with the team to establish and enforce the new visual brand language. 

  • Responsible for aligning the product ecosystem with strategic product brand recommendations

  • Develop a brand marketing plan and KPIs in partnership with CMO, Director of Demand Generation and Senior Product Marketing Manager to include touchpoint/channel mix considerations

  • Serve as the brand champion and key partner to all business teams to ensure programs, products, services, features, and communications are on-brand, aligned with brand values and adhere to brand guidelines including values, visual identity, and voice 

  • Increase brand perception around: our brand values, functional and emotional benefits, and brand differentiation

  • Analytical ability to evaluate and recommend brand plans to successfully impact end-to-end prospect and customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints

Your fitness level

  • Creative, passionate, innovative leader with strong servant leadership experience

  • Experience building strong brands and teams that drive strong return on investment

  • Proven ability to implement solutions successfully and quickly that scale globally

  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and detail-oriented approach

  • Past experience marketing to B2B and B2C consumer a plus

  • A great attitude, high energy and a desire to take a fast-growing company to the next level

  • Have a “testing” mentality – constantly trying new things, failing fast and learning from your mistakes

  • Strong interest in seeing through data to make recommendations to improve campaign strategies and tactics

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in both an in-person and remote environment

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising or communications

  • 5+ years  senior brand marketing experience, preferably with both agency and corporate background
