The Channel Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for the management of Channel Marketing activities at designated Customers. This talented Otter will use knowledge, tools and creativity to communicate in the right place, at the right time and give shoppers the information they need to choose OtterBox/LifeProof at Retail and eRetail. We optimize our brands and the shopper experience to deliver on sell-through for every Customer we support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Brand/Shopper Marketing and Sales processes. The Channel Marketing Assistant Manager must be adaptable to work in our ever changing work environment, while having the ability to manage many projects with internal and external customers. Project Management
 Provide strategic marketing support and assist with day to day Sales team and external
Customer needs
 Lead the development of overall go-to-market strategy for new product launches for our Customers
 Drive execution of Customer-level holistic launch programs to support sell-in and encourage sell-through
 Management of projects from start to finish and assure that deliverables are on strategy, on time and on budget
 Develop and execute field marketing training and 3PL programs
 Assist in ROI/post-mortem information collecting and reporting
 Maintain yearly Customer marketing calendars and on-going status documents

Partnership Relationships
 Develop professional working relationships with cross-functional internal team members
as well as external vendor partners

o Collaborate and partner on projects supporting Brand and Customer objectives
 Manage 3rd party suppliers to produce, deploy and maintain in-store fixtures, collateral and marketing tools
 Act as a liaison to communicate Voice of Customer feedback to internal cross-functional stakeholders
 Foster relationships with external Customers under the guidance of the Channel Senior Marketing Manager and Sales Account Directors

Strategic Thinking
 Build a solid foundation of shopper knowledge and awareness around the critical touchpoints along the path-to-purchase
 Support brand and product strategy by leveraging shopper and Customer insights
 Assist with identifying, planning, and executing strategic initiatives that maximize conversion/attach rates in-store and online for account partners
 Develop and deliver marketing presentations that speak to our brand, product, shopper/customer insights, suggested merchandising and omnichannel marketing solutions

Fiscal Responsibility
 Lead the management of Channel Marketing operating expense budget for Customer accounts
 Submit estimates for legal approval, apply for POs, manage invoices, track all spend actuals

 Bachelor's degree required.
 Minimum three years of similar Channel/Shopper Marketing experience including project management required.
 Available to travel approximately 25% required.
 Event, promotions and eCommerce experience preferred.
 Experience managing budgets and determining ROI on projects preferred.
