Job Summary:

The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the Community Based Services program (CBS) and oversight of the Child First program with an emphasis on clinical development and strategic direction. This position will manage, sustain, and be a part of innovating this clinical program that fosters youth and family resiliency through best practices, quality assurance, and the development and support of staff. A successful director will have a deep understanding of trauma informed care, broad knowledge of best practices for working with complex trauma as well as a solid understanding of implementation science for the development of clinical services.  

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide strategic direction for community programs
  • Manage clinical service provision, related processes and modalities, and implementation to ensure fidelity and high-quality clinical outcomes for kids and families
  • Oversight of CBS supervisors and regional teams, facilitating coordination and connection as a cohesive program
  • Oversight of the Child First manager, supporting implementation and maintenance of evidence-based services
  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the program (service delivery, staffing, training) 
  • Manage programmatic quality assurance practices and systems and ensure implementation of agency policies and procedures as well as regulations (DORA, Medicaid, COA, and Office of Behavioral Health)
  • Develop and maintain community partnerships
  • Promote staff and supervisor growth through training and professional development
  • Facilitate positive staff morale and culture
  • Monitor department finances and budget
  • Manage processes and relationships between community programs and other departments 

Education/Experience/Licensure:

  • Master’s in related field
  • License required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Three more more years experience providing clinical supervision required
  • Three more more years experience managing supervisors required
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus
  • All candidates must have or qualify to obtain a current Colorado drivers license. (Must obtain Colorado license within 30 days of employment
