Job Description:
RE/MAX is looking for a Community Specialist to join our marketing team and be dedicated to the customer engagement and adoption team—serving as an internal agency relationship between departments and is an out-of-the-box thinker and team player.
The role is responsible for fostering and managing relationships within a solution or service’s user community. Engage with users across various platforms, such as forums, social media, and online communities, to facilitate discussions, provide support, and gather feedback. By creating and nurturing a vibrant, supportive community environment, this role helps to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty. The Community Specialist also acts as a liaison between the users and internal teams, ensuring that user insights and needs are communicated to help drive product improvements and innovation. Key aspects of the role include writing knowledge base articles, monitoring community feedback, sentiment and understanding, as well as building and maintain lists of user groups and facilitating relationships across the network.
As a Community Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining your own schedule and managing your time across all tasks. Additionally, it is expected that you are producing work that is imaginative, original, accurate and grammatically correct as you are representing the most recognized brand in the real estate industry.
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
· Manage the content creation process for knowledge base articles from concept to distribution and drive engagement with user groups.
· Have an affinity to developing relationships and connecting users with each other to match solutions and services that can support their business.
· Support the identification and creation of user feedback and “reasons to believe” for solutions and services—helping to develop various go-to-market strategies.
· Research RE/MAX technology and solutions, as well as real estate best practices, to have a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in varying markets across the country and how it can be delivered to various user groups across the network.
· Ongoing outreach to internal teams to stay up-to-date on releases and areas of focus in order to drive traffic, engagement and hit KPIs and results as needed.
· Partner with social media teams and various leadership to manager users in official company groups, as well as unofficial groups managed by various members of the RE/MAX network.
· Other job duties as assigned.
Preferred Education Requirements:
· BS/BA degree in marketing, advertising, communications, instructional design, or equivalent.

· Strong planning, copywriting and editing skills to generate a large volume of content that will be used across numerous internal and external channels and tailored to specific audience segments.

Hire Range/Rate:
$$43,000 – $55,250
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
