Summary
The Niman Ranch Digital Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various online platforms, including social media, email, and the company website, to drive brand awareness, and increase sales, while closely monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Key duties include creating content, managing paid advertising campaigns, overseeing SEO/SEM efforts, analyzing website traffic, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all digital channels – including brand owned and customer owned channels. Location: Westminster (hybrid) or Remote. Preference will be given to candidates in Colorado and Maryland. Travel up to 25%.
The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategy development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business goals and brand marketing strategy, including social media strategies, content marketing calendars, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Content creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
- SEO/SEM management: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search ranking and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic.
- Social media marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across different platforms, monitor engagement, and respond to user interactions. Lead content creation utilizing internal and external resources, ensuring alignment with overall digital brand marketing strategy. Develop and nurture influencer relationships that increase brand awareness.
- Campaign analysis and reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget management: Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across different campaigns and channels.
- Leverage Resources: Leverage resources available through Perdue Corporate and provide leadership and mentorship to the other brands withing the Perdue Premium Proteins and Emerging Brands Portfolio.
- Stay updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Minimum Education
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent related work experience.
Experience Requirements
- 5-6 years related work experience including 3+ years of Branded consumer Product Marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data from various digital marketing tools to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Project management skills: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing projects within deadlines
- Creative thinking: Generate innovative ideas for content creation and campaign development
- Technical proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing platforms like Google Analytics, social media ad managers, CRM systems, and content management systems. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, etc. plus the ability to understand and use syndicated data.
- Understanding of SEO principles: Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO
- Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Demonstrated ability to measure and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Position will require occasional travel, up to 25% dependent on work location.
