The foundation…

We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team.

Core responsibilities…

In this position, you will be responsible for managing various facets of our online lead generation program. You will manage aspects of our Paid Social or SEO (including Local) activities, such as keyword research, content strategy and analytics, to increase visibility and leads generated across the major search engines.  You’ll use analytical insights to identify and test new opportunities and you’ll prepare, analyze and succinctly communicate performance statistics for key stakeholders across the business.

You will also provide day-to-day website content management support for the National Marketing department. We need a detail-oriented taskmaster who can ensure website content changes are handled in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. You must be able to handle numerous incoming project requests and prioritize your responsibilities based on project deadlines and business needs. 

The tools for success…

Required Experience:

  • Able to problem-solve and think critically
  • Create and pull reports from Google Analytics
  • Create and manage social media and local search pages (Facebook, G+, Apple Maps)
  • SEO research, reporting and analysis
  • Social media research, reporting and analysis
  • Maintain and update webpages using a Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress and Sitecore
  • Attention to detail, analysis, interpretation and prediction of market trends
  • Track record of excellent time management and organizational abilities 
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to learn new software platforms and established marketing processes quickly 
  • Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience, but Not Required:

  • Build emails and report on campaigns within an email marketing or marketing automation platform (Silverpop, IBM Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, MailChimp, Constant Contact)
  • Edit and Manage campaigns in AdWords and/or Bing
  • Manage and report on Paid Search campaigns with digital marketing management software (Acquisio, WordStream)
  • Manage and report on campaigns with SEO management/research tools (Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMrush)
  • Knowledge of real estate or homebuilder marketing
  • Manage projects and responsibilities using a project management system (Basecamp, Trello, Smartsheet)
  • Agency background or with experience with B2C business models
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Google AdWords Certified
  • Basic knowledge of HTML

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Computer Science or related discipline (or comparable work experience) 
  • 1 to 2 years’ professional experience
