The Director of Marketing Operations will help us efficiently scale our business by guiding us on process and technology, and strategically leveraging data to help us make better decisions in marketing and as a business. The ideal candidate will not just understand data but the story behind what the data is telling us.

Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing operations including strategic marketing business analytics, data and lead flows, and delivery of improved efficiencies and processes. This role requires a leader with marketing know-how, who can work closely and collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to drive best practices around marketing metrics, data rigor, and measurement.

You will:

  • Oversee end-to-end marketing operations strategy and execution that will drive global revenue with your ability to oversee and refine all marketing automation processes and workflows.
  • Manage, recruit, develop, and retain a team of marketing ops stars.
  • Establish a data-driven culture across Demand Gen to champion our pipeline contribution and drive positive ROI on our program investments.
  • Identify, implement, and manage our marketing technology solutions. Help us solve problems and uncover opportunities with effective use of a modern MarTech stack.
  • Provide automated, proactive, and real-time insights and analytics into campaign, program, and channel performance.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify improvements to marketing automation, lead management, and overall sales and marketing processes including lead-to-account matching, account and contact enrichment, and automated data integrity practices.
  • Improve CRM data quality, maintaining marketing database health and compliance in accordance with email deliverability requirements and global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.)

You have:

  • 6+ years of team management experience.
  • Experience with modern b2b martech, performance marketing, and reporting /attribution tools.
  • Deep experience with Marketo and Salesforce; experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase or Terminus).
  • Advanced understanding of CRM systems and how they interact with marketing tools and channels.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and attribution tools including Tableau, CaliberMind (or similar), Google Analytics (GA4), etc. 
  • Full immersion in all Marketing channels at a growing SaaS organization focused on a B2B audience. Technology or security experience is a plus. 
  • Confirmed experience of driving Sales/Marketing alignment and being accountable to pipeline and ARR targets.
  • Proven track record of converting data-driven analytics to gain customer insights, set marketing mix, and drive targeted campaigns.
