Our next Event Manager will design and manage events that are critical to numerous Arrow Business Unit sales strategies. Responsible for leading and developing events, independently managing related logistics, and working in conjunction with internal executives and/or content managers to execute strategic goals and objectives of Business Unit through these events. This includes on-site production, registration & event close out, and managing schedules for multiple key milestones and resources.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Design and manage events that are critical to numerous Arrow Business Unit sales strategies. Responsible for leading and developing multiple events at a time, independently managing related logistics, and working in conjunction with internal executives and/or content managers to execute strategic goals and objectives of Business Units through these events. 
  • Event Management includes: project planning for multiple key milestones and resources; pre-planning; registration site build and launch; hotel search and contracting; managing budgets; site visits; vendor management (DMC partners, production teams, hotel staff, entertainment, transportation, volunteers, etc.); food/beverage selection; activity sourcing; decor and stage designs; on-site management; and any additional responsibilities for a successful program.
    Please note, this can be for multiple programs at a time.
  • Independently manage and negotiate all aspects of event planning for medium to large events. 
  • Design, market and manage event branding campaigns and correspondence. Select and manage event materials. (Signage, Attendee communications prior to, and during events) and manage creative collateral process.  Develop event agenda, presentations, speaker invitations and talking points, and event management surveys.
  • Post-event data gathering and analysis of event success.  (Event surveys, etc.) Compile all data and present information to executives, managers, individuals and organizations (internally and externally) to determine net results of event objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 8 years of event experience
  • 4-year degree required
  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of managing multiple events
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
  • Works independently; receives minimal guidance
  • Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency, flexibility and be able to adapt to change

Physical Requirements:

  • May involve frequent bending, moving, lifting and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Standing – up to 15 hours each day, for up to 7 days at a time (on-site) 
  • Long hours – Some cases being on-site and managing vendors and attendees from 5:00am – 12:00am. 
  • Being available / on-call, particularly when on-site at a program. 

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
  • 40% travel within Colorado and out of state

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$98,900.00 – $133,100.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
