You will play a key role in leading, designing, delivering, and evangelizing a comprehensive program of change to ensure the impact of Western Union marketing is globally optimized and maximized. You will oversee the customer loyalty, lifecycle experience, and measurement/analytics departments in this role. You will be accountable for achieving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention targets while cross-functionally collaborating with executive team leaders and business department executives to ensure alignment across programs. In addition, you will oversee and optimize investments to accelerate revenue, increase brand awareness, amplify the customer experience, and drive incremental customer acquisition for Western Union. Oversee a globally dispersed team and have experience leading and driving high-performing and high-impact teams. You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and bring fresh ideas on translating customer needs into a complete loyalty solution that includes program development, creative themes, communications, and strategy execution. You will assess performance and execute focused analysis to measure program results and provide actionable recommendations and insights to the c-suite.

For such a critical role, education or equivalent experience is required. Marketing, Communications, PR, Business administration, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree preferred with twenty or more strategic marketing experience with financial services and payment background—a minimum of ten years of management experience leading globally dispersed teams. Previous experience with lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

The on-target earnings range is $ 414,000- 468,000, midpoint which includes a base salary of $230,000 – $260,000, Mid-Point short-term (30% of base), and long-term (50 % of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
