Topo Designs, LLC creates classic outdoor gear inspired by who we are and where we live. We value simplicity and connectedness with the things we own. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing and executing assets for email and advertising campaigns, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions across the brand.

SALARY RANGE: $ 51,000- 56,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications, with additional fringe benefits valued at $5,000-8,000.

Experience/Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a closely related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, production work, and maintenance of responsive emails and templates.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (code & email best practices), and email/e-commerce platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify.
  • Experience in A/B testing, project management, and maintaining email schedules.
  • Expertise in email segmentation, ad design best practices, and graphic video/GIF animation.
  • Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with trends in outdoor, fashion, and design industries.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute innovative digital ad creative, including motion and static designs.
  • Maintain and update the website and segmented email lists.
  • Design and produce digital marketing materials.
  • Crop and format images to meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage the email calendar, ensuring timely production and execution.
  • Edit and manage the photography library, including existing and new assets.
  • Design in-store print graphics, banners, and POP materials for retail locations.
  • Research and implement current trends in graphic design and typography.
