We’ll look to you to have experience working successfully with digital agencies and demonstrating collaborative skills across a multi-dimensional organization.  You’ll need expertise in Paid Search and Affiliate Media.  You will propose, develop, and implement marketing plans, policies and activities. You will support the US digital marketing strategy under the Sr Manager of the Digital marketing team.  You will develop and execute marketing plans to drive key business requirements for the US business segments. Recommend changes, and optimizations as required based on ongoing monitoring of performance. You will work closely with our digital marketing agencies to design plans, outline objectives, and hit key KPIs for each of the business deliverables, as outlined in the plans.  You’ll help weave complex, effective digital media campaigns that can deliver value proposition message across several digital touch-points and out-acquire the competition. Extensive working knowledge and executions across paid search, affiliate, and digital. To be successful you will collaborate across teams and functions, troubleshooting support, and escalation as needed. You will administer and monitor daily program builds, contact uploads (and reports) from CRM database to the marketing automation system.  You will create and implement new digital marketing strategies to increase client engagement and retention, extend the client life cycle, verticals, and channels – including A/B tests (test & learn scenarios). You will setup, track and measure sourced revenue vs. influenced revenue. You will develop reports and presentation that detail the success of Global marketing efforts.

 

We need you to have experience in developing and executing marketing strategy (approximately 5+ years) and have a proven track record in project management.  We need you to have expertise in Paid Search and Affiliate Media. You possess the ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment, and experience in budget management.  Your proactive nature, and business to consumer experience will enable you to engage with stakeholders effectively. You need experience with either an advertiser, agency, or publisher in the digital advertising space (web, search, SEO, or mobile) preferred.
