Major role and responsibilities:
The CWCC is in search of a unique individual in marketing that has the dual capability of product and program development as well as high-level knowledge and understanding on the execution and promotion of a mission-based organization. This role provides a perfect opportunity to customize and develop innovative products/programs to help women in business grow both in their professional careers and in their companies. This customer and community facing role will listen to customer needs and deliver products and programs that meet these needs. In addition, the right individual will also have the ability to promote these programs via the appropriate marketing channels.
Assist in the development of the Strategic Plan through innovation for all CWCC programming and marketing; develop new programs in response to customer and community needs and execution of organizational marketing plan and program outreach. Program outreach includes: luncheons, peer groups, signature events, public affairs and all other programming. For example, primary point person for Women of Influence, Impact Leadership Program, and the Mentorship Program. 30%
Develop and manage all marketing materials for program, events and membership. Manage e-communications and digital media including Website and E-newsletter. Manage and execute all CWCC social channels. Oversee media partnerships and other vendor partnerships which includes to generate media relations pitches and partner with PR firm; meeting quarterly goals for coverage. Article, speech and other writing and editing as needed for CWCC and CEO. 30%
Account management and lead generation for both event sponsorship and strategic partnerships. 20%
Create and lead nomination process for all signature events, committees, etc. 20%

Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5 years of experience in Marketing and Program management or related field
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Able to easily translate high-level vision and strategy into results-oriented programming. Defines, supports, aligns, communicates and is accountable for CWCC’s brand, vision, values and strategic direction
The ability to build talent both internally with one direct report as well as to help women in business build their own talent and business. Can develop programs that create a high performing workforce to meet CWCC’s present and future needs
Builds and maintains effective internal and external relationships
Is self-aware and takes accountability for personal leadership and impact
Continuously improves our business, demonstrates operational expertise and executes plans
