Job Description: 
  • Marketing & Communications (50%)
    • Establish marketing plan and promote CASA Program (including events, campaigns, program stories, organization information). Utilize analytics to drive overall marketing strategy and plan.
    • Create and execute social media calendar with interactive postings and utilization of data to drive content.
    • Increase CASAs awareness in the community by sending out press releases, creating partnerships with local newspapers and magazines to publish CASA information.
    • Maintain CASA Email database (constant contact) by creating and sending out email blasts for the organization.
    • Maintain CASA Website and update as needed
  • Development – Donor Stewardship/ Sponsor Renewals (30%)
    • Steward sponsors/event attendees and donors throughout year by ensuring they receive consistent communication and benefits that reflect their donor level. Execute donor benefits calendar.
    • Renew previous event sponsorships.
  • Data Entry (20%)
    • Maintain Etapestry, CASA Donor Database, by logging all incoming donations and sending thank-you’s to donors.
    • Coordinate the tasks of Donor Relations Intern(s).
    • Reconcile sponsors/ donations in special event and campaign financials in partnership with Events & Campaigns Coordinator.

 

  • General Office Duties
    • Answer phone and manage messages.
    • Assist with various filing and organizing needs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Fund Development, PR, Communications, Sales, customer service, and /or the non-profit sector.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong computer and internet skills. Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter required. Experience with Constant Contact, Basecamp and Etapestry preferred.
  • Great team player. Ability to work well with others as well as alone in minimally supervised situations.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High energy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to drive in and around Adams and Broomfield Counties
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work evening and weekends as required.
