Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in building this team, its processes and executing a wide array of marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Performs basic public relations duties such as developing media lists and awards calendars
  • Manages events, tradeshows, and client events
  • Set up tracking systems for marketing and public relations activities
  • Track progress of all marketing activities and execute monthly reporting
  • Identify and analyze competitors
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
  • Craft clear product marketing copy
  • Organize promotional activities for new products/services
  • Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecast
  • Support CMO and Marketing Director as needed, including administrative duties

Requirements: 

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator
  • Experience in media and public relations activities
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools, including social media platforms
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and email automation platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude that aims to please
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field, preferred not required
  • Basic Qualifications: 
  • Must have 3 – 5 years marketing experience
  • 3-5 years in regulated financial services company, preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs and stand or walk for up to 4 hours with or without reasonable accommodation
