Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing, proposal coordination, graphic design, communications, or a related role. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including Styles and templates, large document formatting, Section breaks, Headers and footers, Automatic numbering, Cross-references Tables of contents Document troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Professional experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Acrobat Demonstrated experience developing professional graphics, layouts, presentations, and branded marketing materials.
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting proposals, qualifications packages, and business development pursuits.
• Experience within the architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, or professional services industries.
• Experience managing SharePoint or other content management platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar multimedia tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing databases, and business development systems.
• Experience developing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance marketing, proposal, or graphic design workflows.

Physical Requirements: 

• Work will be performed in an office environment using standard equipment, with the ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform computer- and office-related tasks for extended periods.

Work Environment / Environmental Factors:

• Full-time position requiring sustained computer and document production work.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams. Work may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk.
• Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to meet proposal or project deadlines.
• The employee must be able to manage several active assignments while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and design quality.
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, events, or proposal support.
• Deadline-driven proposal roles may require schedule flexibility, while comparable graphic design roles emphasize independent workload management and adaptation to shifting priorities.

Additional Information:

• This role offers a unique opportunity to combine proposal development, graphic design, business development support, and digital communications into a single dynamic position.
• The successful candidate will play a visible role in helping ECS win work, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the quality and impact of our communications across the organization while working remotely with teams throughout the United States.
• We ask that you attach a sample of your professional design portfolio with your application – we are specifically interested in examples of information design, infographics, organizational charts, document/proposal design, presentations, or other business-focused visual communications. 

Target salary range:  $60,000 to $68,000 annually. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business.
