Marketing Lead Overview

The purpose of this position is to support and advance the strategy by building awareness in local markets through evidence-based marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for helping to achieve the strategic vision and business goals through a comprehensive integrated marketing program. This position is an integral part of leadership, providing counsel in all enterprise-led Marketing functions. Responsible for training and mentoring marketing staff. Assists leadership in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.

This role reports on site and is not eligible for remote work.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Bachelors Arts/Science Degree in Journalism, English, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or otherrelated field OR equivalent experience required.
  • Master's Degree, preferred
  • Seven (7) years of marketing/public relations experience, including demonstrated success in strategic marketing planning and implementation with proven results.
  • Two (2) years of management experience, preferred.
  • Healthcare experience, desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and digital platforms and tools, required.
  • Ability to orientate new Marketing team members, required.
  • Leadership skills, good communication, and ability to work under pressure, required.
  • Ability to work with agency partners to initiate, lead and report out on marketing initiatives, required.

Physical Requirement – Sedentary work – prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
