We are seeking a qualified Marketing Specialist to join Corporate Marketing department.

Core responsibilities…

  • Daily general project management administration; full-time position.
  • Trafficking of jobs and project coordination; monitoring of creative development and production expenses; preparations of meeting agendas and client status reports and participation in creative brainstorms.
  • Assist National marketing team with the research and development of strategic planning initiatives.
  • Active communication with division clients, account service and cross-functional production team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Must demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills in order to work effectively with a variety of account service staff.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of consumer marketing is a plus.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and facilitating discussions between field marketing and corporate marketing department.
  • Must have a service-minded attitude while maintaining brand standards.

Required Qualifications:

Strong writing, editing, computer and communication skills are a must. Candidate should have a college degree and a professional demeanor. Will also be required to learn a basic understanding of key client information, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors in the marketplace.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field. Minimum of 3 years professional experience. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills; excellent writing and editing skills; must be detail oriented and organized; Internet; email; MS Word; MS Excel
