•             Bachelors degree required with 2 to 5 years of experience

•             Background and understanding of marketing and advertising principals

•             Great attention to detail, very organized and dependable

•             Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

•             Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

•             Good communication skills – both oral and written

•             Energetic and willing to learn

•             Experience integrating media across Traditional and Digital is a plus but not required

•             Direct client experience also a plus

•             Experience with Excel and level-appropriate data analysis required
