Position Description

As the JA-Rocky Mountain operations coordinator, you will serve as the JA receptionist and provide administrative support for the JA staff who work with educators, companies and volunteers to implement JA programs. This position is full time (7:30am-4:30pm Monday – Friday), in person at the JA
office in Greenwood Village, CO.  

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all JA program materials including maintenance of storage room, inventory and delivery using various
delivery methods (courier, USPS, UPS), compiling of materials for locally created programming 

• Prepare JA materials for delivery including running database queries, creating program schedules and maintaining copies of
needed paperwork 

• General receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering the JA main phone line, conference room scheduling, meeting
set up and take down, mail sorting and kitchen maintenance 

• Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed 

• General administrative support, such as data entry 

• Performs other related duties as needed 

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, intermediate knowledge of Excel preferred 

• Professional interpersonal and communication skills 

• Strong organizational and project management skills 

• Excellent customer service, both internal and external 

• Desire to be part of an energetic environment that values results and teamwork 

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds 

Desired

• Experience working in nonprofit, education, association, or similar resource-sensitive organization 

• Experience with CRM databases (such as Blackbaud Constituent Relationship Manager)

 Compensation and Benefits:

· This is a non-exempt position with a range of $21.00-$23.00 per hour ($43,680 – $47,840 annually)
