Summary

As the Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating communication between departments and overseeing the process for executing agreements. This role involves fostering positive relationships and coordinating across different teams to strengthen ties with partners. Success in this role will be measured through supporting the team in meeting deadlines, effective communication, and fulfillment accuracy

Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Track, update, and process contracts and invoices in project management tools and databases. 
  2. Maintain organized files, records, and documents. 
  3. Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments. 
  4. Respond promptly to emails, ensuring timely and efficient communication. 
  5. Create reports and give updates as needed. 
  6. Proactively identify and implement solutions to challenges. 
  7. Be present at onsite events including but not limited to:
    1. Film on the Rocks, Colorado Dragon Boat Film Festival, Women+Film Festival, CinemaQ Preview Event, CinemaQ Film Festival, Summer Scream, Denver Film Festival, and more. 
  8. Liaise between Denver Film and external stakeholders, maintaining open communication and fostering positive relationships. 
  9. Inform and Update external partners and internal teams, following up and checking in regularly via online, phone, or in person as needed. 
  10. Ensure smooth fulfillment of partnership agreements, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  11. Act as a point of contact to resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the fulfillment process. 
  12. Share knowledge, provide support, and contribute to the success of the team. 
  13. Be open to feedback and constructive criticism to facilitate continuous learning and professional growth. 
  14. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  15. Foster positive relationships with external partners and internal teams. 
  16. Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. 
  17. Give strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the fulfillment process. 
  18. Maintain and accurately update meticulous records and documentation for fulfillment processes. 
  19. Adapt to changing circumstances and resolve unexpected problems, updating the fulfillment process and offering solutions to maintain efficiency.
  20. Additional duties as assigned.

 

Desired Skills:

  1. Experience working with information database(s) with knowledge of fundraising software preferred
  2. Excellent inter-personal and verbal communication skills with ability to act in professional manner with members and donors
  3. Maintains confidentiality and security of Denver Film’s confidential information. 
  4. Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting the goals and initiatives of a collaborative team
  6. Experience with new media technologies, such as blogs, twitter, and online social marketing preferred
  7. Intermediate to advance skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software and internet required

 

Special Requirements:

  1. Reliable access to transportation 
  2. Able to work evening, weekends and holidays as required
  3. Able to climb up and down stairs; able to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, reach and carry; able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., including up and down stairs
