Patron Services Manager

Organization: Cleo Parker Robinson Dance

Location: Denver, CO

Hours: 15-20  hours per week

Cleo Parker Robinson Dance is a nationally and internationally recognized cultural arts institution rooted in African American traditions and dedicated to excellence in dance, education, and community engagement. As the organization continues to grow, we are expanding our patron services team to enhance the experience of our audiences and supporters.

Position Summary

The Patron Services Associate serves as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for audiences, donors, students, and community members. This role supports ticketing operations, customer service, and front-of-house activities to ensure a seamless and positive patron experience.

This is an ideal position for someone seeking part-time, flexible work in a vibrant arts environment.

Key Responsibilities

Patron & Audience Services (10 hours a week, flexible work available)

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email

  • Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds using ticketing software

  • Assist with class registrations and general inquiries

  • Maintain accurate patron records in Spectrix ticketing system

Front-of-House Support (specifically during show weekends)

  • Support check-in and ticket scanning during performances

  • Coordinate with volunteer ushers as needed

  • Help ensure lobby and audience areas are welcoming and organized

Administrative Support (as needed)

  • Assist with data entry and reporting

  • Support mailings or light outreach campaigns

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the operations team

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Comfortable learning ticketing system (Spectrix)

  • Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure

  • Passion for arts and community engagement preferred

Schedule

  • Patron services and admin support work time is flexible and can be a mix of remote and in-office. Front of house time will be evenings and weekends during shows and onsite at CPRD. Show weekends are typically 6-8 weekends per year

 

Compensation

Hourly, commensurate with experience. $25-$35 per hour. More will be paid for familiarity with Spectrix.
