Summary
Under the guidance and supervision of the Community Development Director, this position provides expert level planning services to the City with a primary focus on coordinating and directing the activities of current planning in Golden. Serves as planning supervisor for complex project proposals and programs, and prepares land use related recommendations for zoning administration, building permit review, Historic Preservation Board, Planning Commission, and City Council.
