You’ll need to know your way around a broad range of tools and software with your eyes blindfolded and your hands tied behind your back. And do it all with a keen eye for detail, while juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
A Day in the Life
You must have the ability to deliver work that is always done right, on brand and on time. Our motto is no challenge too big, no project too small. You will help design, execute and build digital creative across a growing list of clients. We believe it’s the details that make good creative great, and you play a key role in bringing those details to life and making sure they are captured and carried through from design to execution.
Here are some specifics on exactly what your days might look like:
Efficiently execute digital media and brand landing pages across a multitude of clients
Develop and maintain an understanding of clients marketing objectives and visual preferences
Design digital layouts based on given style direction
Adapt design elements across multiple iterations
Build out a multitude of creative assets across campaigns, including banner resizes, social assets, and web property elements
Ensure the quality and consistency of the experience consumers have across our brands
Embrace the concept of iterative testing, optimization, and refreshes based off data
Be solutions-oriented and proactive in response to unexpected challenges
Create digital experiences based on given direction from the Creative Director
If you meet the following requirements, we want to hear from you!
Experience: 5+ years, but experiences matter more than experience.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Data curious and data driven approach to design, involving constant A/B and multi-variant testing
Strong sense of design, layout and typography
Ability to communicate design considerations and rationale (both written and verbal)
Must be able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
Understanding of consumer goals, marketing flows and processes
