Work directly with the COO to manage social media and oversee online interactions for The Kitchen Restaurant Group. This person will create social media content, monitor marketing trends and assist with the development of the overall social brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have social and digital media experience and be able to bring content and engagement strategies to the table. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who wishes to be part of a rapidly growing company with a people driven culture. • Manage social media calendar, creating weekly content strategies in alignment with overall brand social strategy in support of launches and other key dates 

  • Stay up to date on current and upcoming trends and innovations in the social media landscape, particularly in the food industry, and communicate these to management for implementation into strategy
  • Create a strong, lively and engaging social media presence for all brands under The Kitchen Restaurant Group
  • Create and monitor all written social media content – photography, captions and hash tags for all social media platforms
  • Project manage the production, creation, and posting of all social visuals
  • Track and curate all user-generated content, maintaining brand visual standards
  • Create strategies to encourage engagement
  • Manage community relationships, engaging with fans across all platforms and addressing customer service outreach
  • Analyze performance of social media content and campaigns using native and third-party insight tools to create and present monthly and quarterly reports
  • Analyze content and design a reporting strategy that maximizes engagement and followers based on data
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and other related ad tools, including promoting paid content
  • Adheres to company policy and procedures; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload; perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications or other related field
  • 2 years social media marketing experience preferred
  • Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
  • Familiar with each platform and create/develop content tailored to the specific platform
  • Superior photography skills presented through personal IG portfolio
  • Passion and knowledge of wellness trends as they relate to food, sustainable farming practices, local farming
  • Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities in fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage timelines
  • Highly organized, creative and detail-oriented
  • Able to build relationships, great team player; positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
