We're in search of a creative, strategic Social Media Manager to lead our global social media initiatives. This pivotal role involves planning and executing impactful social media campaigns and content that resonate with our audience, showcasing our brand's unique voice and vision, and nurturing the PopSockets community worldwide.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies focusing on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to enhance our brand presence and engagement.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate social-first content into our quarterly marketing campaigns, supporting product launches, brand activations, and cultural engagements.
    • Manage the daily social media calendar, ensuring all content is compelling, timely, and aligned with our brand goals.
    • Produce and oversee engaging multimedia content, including coordinating photo and video shoots in-house, to support our social media initiatives.
    • Forge and maintain relationships with digital content creators, influencers, and tastemakers within our key interest areas of style, sustainability, and tech innovation.
    • Analyze competitor activity and social media trends to establish best practices and inform content strategy across teams.
    • Monitor and report on social media performance, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our social strategies.

Who You Are:

    • An experienced social media professional with 3-5 years in a Social Media or related role, preferably within the consumer products or tech industry.
    • Culturally savvy, with a keen understanding of trends and conversations relevant to our target demographic.
    • An excellent communicator and storyteller, capable of crafting compelling messages and content for a variety of audiences.
    • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
    • Experienced in content creation, with a portfolio that includes photo and video production for social media.
    • Well-connected within the digital influencer and content creator community, with a track record of building productive partnerships.

Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Demonstrated ability in social copywriting and content creation.
    • Experience with social media management tools.

$70,000 – $85,000 a year
20% bonus potential
