The Group Leader, Social Media Marketing & Strategy will be responsible for the creation and development of a best in class social media marketing program to help differentiate us in the marketplace. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, marketing principles, and strategic thinking to create impactful and cohesive brand experiences across various channels.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives.
- Hire & lead a team of social media, marketing, and strategy professionals, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative and integrated marketing campaigns Enable the business to, leveraging marketing tools and investments.
- Manage agency relationships to create and deploy content & measurement tools that help acquire new customers and retain customer base in a more effective way globally.
- Develop and implement a holistic social media, marketing, and strategy plan that aligns with overall business objectives and drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

- Oversee the development of engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency of brand messaging and tone.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive the development and implementation of a social media crisis management plan, ensuring effective handling of potential issues and maintaining the brand's reputation.
- Hire, lead and inspire a team of social media, marketing, and strategy professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to maximize the reach and impact of marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media and marketing, and incorporate innovative approaches into strategies and campaigns.
Role Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in social media marketing, marketing strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a multi-channel retailer or financial services company.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate updates in a concise fashion to Executive Management and to understand and meet their expectations.
- 8+ Years Strong management / leadership skills in leading diverse, geographically dispersed team.

Salary
The base salary range is USD $115,464.00 – $153,952.00 – $192,440.00 per year, total comp includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
