We are excited to hire a Social Video Producer! This position will be responsible for ideating and creating short-form/social video content across Denver Broncos content platforms. This individual must use imagination and creativity to manage both long-term projects and craft compelling day-to-day stories for use as social media content. This position oversees the organization’s social video coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, produce, and edit video content for team platforms by:
    • Working closely with social media, video production and graphic design teams, as well as third parties, to lead ideation and execution for tentpole projects.
    • Ideating social media content that drives engagement and generates consumption and viewership
    • Storytelling through micro-content for delivery on club’s social channels
    • Creating or manipulating images, motion graphics, GIFs, and video content by adding engaging visual elements
    • Planning required for content production and coordination of distribution strategy
  • Manage social video coordinator:
    • Oversee the duties of the social video coordinator and assist with management of social media intern

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
  • A minimum of 5+ years creating visual content with emphasis on social media
  • Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to – Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, Illustrator and InDesign

Preferred Skills & Ability:

  • Advanced knowledge of major social media networks and content produced for these outlets
  • Must have a love for football as well as a deep understanding of internet, social media and pop cultures
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Ability to utilize various camera formats, from mobile devices to DSLR systems
  • Outstanding originality and inventiveness in content creation
  • Experience using content management systems
  • Work in a hyper fast-paced environment, while executing multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Must be driven, enthusiastic and a creative team player motivated to create high-caliber content
  • Must have a passion for helping the Denver Broncos become a best-in-class social media content and production team within sports
  • Flexible schedule required to successfully complete job requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary for this role is $72,000 – $85,000. This position will be required to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays outside of a normal working hours as needed. 

This position will be located at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit in Englewood, CO.
