Position Summary:
The Vice President of Revenue & Pricing at GOLFTEC will be a key strategic leader responsible for optimizing revenue growth, pricing strategies, and profitability across all business segments. This role will oversee revenue management, pricing analytics, and strategic initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data-driven pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and market dynamics, with experience in subscription-based services, retail, or consumer technology industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies, including pricing models, promotional strategies, and monetization tactics to maximize profitability.
- Lead the development of data-driven pricing strategies for GOLFTEC lessons, memberships, SkyTrak products, and other revenue streams to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions, value propositions, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Utilize advanced analytics and financial modeling to measure the impact of pricing changes, promotions, and new product offerings.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Operations teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and refine pricing models for GOLFTEC’s lesson packages, memberships, and SkyTrak’s consumer subscriptions to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Establish effective discounting frameworks, promotional campaigns, and bundling strategies that drive revenue without eroding brand value.
- Leverage data insights to refine customer segmentation and optimize pricing structures for different customer segments.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to track revenue performance, customer behavior trends, and the impact of pricing strategies.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or financial planning, preferably in consumer services, retail, or technology industries.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies using data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, pricing elasticity analysis, and data visualization.
- Experience with subscription-based pricing models and membership programs.
- Proficiency in using revenue management tools, business intelligence platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Passion for golf is a plus!
