Job Description

The VP of Global Digital and e-Commerce provides leadership and vision to drive the execution of the most compelling B2B and B2C strategies. This person plays a critical supporting role in driving our revenue and profit growth trajectory while positioning Molson Coors for dramatic growth. They work with many cross functional teams and manage multiple agencies and team members to drive demand creation. The VP, Global Digital and e-Commerce has strong infrastructure and system understanding to keep the Digital strategy moving forward. This position is has a deep understanding of analytics and uses these key insights to shape the global Digital and eCommerce strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

*Drive the digital marketing strategy to take Molson Coors Business Units to the forefront precision data drive , personalized persuasive marketing that delivers effective and sustainable growth for our brands

*Grow omni-channel strategies, architecture and infrastructure requirements to fulfill our eCommerce business strategy. 

*Keep current with the latest eCommerce trends and technology to keep Molson Coors at the forefront and ahead of competition. 

*Demonstrate strong consumer and customer focus and spearhead overall strategic positioning of our Digital and E-Commerce  strategy to follow industry trends and to keep a "finger-on-the-pulse" of the customer base and competition. 

*Support the integration of marketing, online sales and advertising to develop multi-channel strategies and increase brand/product awareness.  

*Collaborate with IT development on design, architecture and back-end solutions for enhanced online functionality in order to ensure that the overall brand strategy for the Company is translated.

*Partner with third-party vendors to identify and apply solutions for customer acquisition, conversion and website optimization. 

*Frame and map opportunities based on historical results & current trends to maximize sales. 

*Have a future focused vision on incorporation of new digital opportunities in the business 



Individual accountabilities

*Set agenda and framework for making strategic decisions in digital applications, prioritize areas of focus

*Develop organizational capabilities and elevate the digital IQ of the enterprise in strategic areas

*Set framework for measuring digital initiatives across enterprise

*Acts as voice of enterprise with external organizations and agencies

*Identify new ways of thinking, new expansive or disruptive digital technologies and identifies potential BU market for implementation

*Convene global digital leads at regular cadence to inform global agenda

*Lead the implementation of  next generation digital  B2B and B2C  in partnership with the BU’s

*Collect from BU digital leads and catalog digital content for markets to share 

*Identification and recommendation of digital applications to BU’s, decision to *implement and execution owned by local BU teams

Qualifications

Prior experiences

*Deep subject matter expertise in digital technology, viewed as a credible expert with 12-15 years of experience 

*Broad understanding of the Commercial landscape and application of game changing technology to drive commercial strategy 

*Demonstration of thought leadership in digital technology

*Takes prudent risks individually and through the team

*Demonstrated success in highly ambiguous environments

*Bachelors Degree Required; MBA preferred
