The Executive Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative
function of the office. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. May direct and lead the work of others.

 

This position will be responsible for advanced administrative support for multiple executives as well as interacting with board members, senior staff, and community leaders.

Qualifications

 

 

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

 

 

  • 3 years related experience
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and a self starter
  • Must have excellent record keeping skills
  • Ability to edit and work with PowerPoint software for presentations, preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • High School Diploma or GED required

 

Special Requirements: 2+ years of current experience working in an acute care hospital setting performing in an administration role is strongly preferred

 

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work – (prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
