Brierley Associates is a nationally recognized tunnel, geotechnical, geo-structural, and trenchless design firm.  We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager with prior AR/Bookkeeping experience.

The duties for this full-time position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Human Resources

  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
  • Maintaining department records and reports
  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
  • Processing new hire and termination paperwork
  • Benefits maintenance and tracking
  • Payroll/Certified Payroll processing
  • Multiple state experience is highly desirable 


  • Prepare invoices
  • Process statements
  • Assist with collections
  • Assist with quarterly financial preparation

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. Brierley Associates offers a comprehensive benefits package.
