Position Description:

We are looking for a passionate, creative, self-starter with extensive web/digital marketing experience, excellent communication and analytical skills. This role encompasses the day-to-day management of Zayo’s overall digital channels and strategy, including, most importantly, the Zayo.com website.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and manages the Zayo.com website and strategy, including content development and updates, demand generation, SEO and PPC strategy, digital creative, user experience and day-to-day site maintenance
  • Identify and report on KPIs across all digital channels, utilizing Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to proactively listen and engage, evaluate metrics, identify insights, and optimize user experience
  • Work across various teams and product groups to create and deliver highly engaging content for Zayo.com, including product videos, video testimonials, infographics, interactive maps, social creative, ads and other sources of content
  • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and website management
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Experience with WordPress & WPEngine platforms
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analystics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Proficiency in the Adobe product suite, most notably Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Good operational and process orientation. Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
