Founded in 2008, WeeCycle’s mission is to collect and match gently used baby gear to low income families. WeeCycle’s mission is twofold, to support families with infants and toddlers struggling to provide for their children, and, to contribute to a healthier, more sustainable planet for future generations. WeeCycle walks alongside families, caregivers, and caseworkers to restore dignity for those struggling to provide for their families by connecting them to essential supplies such as formula, a safe place for their baby to sleep, a stroller so they can access public transportation and so much more.

Program Coordinator Position Overview:
As a Program Coordinator at WeeCycle, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's gear, diaper and Mobile Baby Essentials Market programs. Working closely with the Programs team, you will contribute your work will directly impact the nonprofit's ability to achieve its mission and make a positive difference in the community. This is 30-40 hour a week position with the majority of work required to be onsite. Approximately one evening and weekend shift per month is required.
Salary Range: $20-24/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Distribution Support:

Assist at our Mobile Baby Essentials Distribution Events. This includes preparation, loading supplies, counting inventory, documenting inventory in Salesforce, driving to location, distribution setup, execution and teardown. These events are held outdoors in varying weather conditions 2-4 times per week.

Welcome, train and host volunteer groups at distribution events.
Administrative Support:

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails to represent WeeCycle to potential clients and donors.
Volunteer Program Support:

Host volunteer groups throughout the week in addition to approximately one evening and one Saturday per/month.

Gear Collection Support
-
Setup, greet donors, unload vehicles then sort, clean, inventory and put away baby gear donations.

Warehouse Support
-
Ensure warehouse organization, manage excess gear inventory, restock items as needed.

Assist with partner gear order processing and questions.
Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor and volunteer information in the organization's donor management software.

Generate reports and analytics to assist in tracking fundraising progress and identifying trends.
Qualifications:

Spanish and English proficiency required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Google and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Passion for the nonprofit sector and a commitment to the organization's mission.

Previous experience in the nonprofit sector, or related fields is a plus.
