This role is designed for a proven leader who brings deep expertise in classical marketing and a track record of success in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Robust global experience in brand building, media planning, analytics, and insights is needed to develop and execute brand growth plans across international markets. This position requires a strong executive presence to influence, inspire, and rally internal and external stakeholders at every level.

As a key member of the North America Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional and global partners to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints—including websites, mobile platforms, social media, and CRM—while tailoring execution for local relevance and impact. You’ll work closely with the Shopper and Sales teams to support seamless implementation, aligned digital activations and prompt consideration with premium dog and cat shoppers.
