As Employee Relations Director, Americas, you will shape the future of how our organization connects with its people—leading the Employee Relations team for approx. 12,000 employees across diverse markets and cultures. The Performance and Rewards Director for the Americas, a member of the CoE Performance, Reward and Organizational Design (“PRO”) community, is responsible for directing total rewards strategies for the Americas (Canada, United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Peru). This candidate will lead in strategic development of innovative, competitive, cost-effective reward & benefits programs that enable us to attract, retain, reward, and motivate high performing and high potential employees.
