Customer Relationships Coordinator

Will respond to all escalated customer service issues as assigned. Maintain a database of multi-channel customer feedback. Accountable for delivering exemplary customer service in responding to digital reviews written by prospective renters and residents. Responsible for thorough situational analysis of customer experience with key stakeholders in property operations.

Senior Internal Auditor

Plan, develop, and execute internal audits and reviews, using risk-based audit techniques to confirm compliance with Company policies and procedures; to identify opportunities for process and control improvements; and to confirm the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational reports.

Senior Manager of Total Rewards & HRIS

Responsible for the compliance, implementation and administration of all benefit programs, compensation programs in accordance with federal/state employment laws and internal company policies and procedures. Ensure data integrity with all HRIS data and reporting. Act as liaison with outside vendors and provides leadership to and directs the compensation/HRIS and benefits teams.

Human Resources Manager

Highlands Ranch Metro District and Centennial Water and Sanitation District are accepting applications for the Human Resources Manager. This manager provides Human Resources services for the 160 employees of both districts. The successful applicant will have a strong background of education and experience in Human Resources and be a team player who can confidently offer programs and problem solutions that benefit the organization and its employees.
