"I Have a Dream Foundation" of Boulder County is seeking a Director of Development to serve as a visionary and strategic leader responsible for planning, managing and executing strategic funding plans that grow revenue, broaden the donor base, and establish diversified, sustainable funding streams. This position works closely with the CEO, and supervises the Donor Relations Manager, Marketing & Communications Manager, event and grants contractors while overseeing the $4M revenue budget.
