POW is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Finance & Operations to support its budgeting,accounting, reporting, and compliance functions. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing POW’s finances, including payroll management, supporting benefits administration, budgeting, HR compliance, expense and revenue forecasting and reforecasting, monthly expense and revenue tracking and reporting, and managing bookkeeping, legal, and various operational activities.
