Brent’s Place

The Adult Family Support Coordinator plays an essential role in our mission by working with the whole Family Support team to help create, plan, implement, and evaluate thoughtful support activities for our adult patients and their families. This person will also coordinate the Brent’s Place Pantry, a key component of our meal program.
